Registry security principles
The information in the register will be kept confidential. The data network of the personal data processor and the equipment on which the register is located are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures. The controller of personal data is responsible for the maintenance, protection, data security and storage of data processing, as well as for the exercise of the right of inspection.
Regular disclosures
The controller doesn’t disclose the information it collects to third parties, except to the processor of personal data related to newsletters (The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp). Data may be processed outside the EU.
Data retention period
The data will be kept in the register until the data subject requests the deletion of the data.
Deletion of data
The data will be deleted at the customer’s request. All marketing messages sent to registrants include a link that allows them to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Upon cancellation, the data of the registrant will be deleted from the register. Deletion of data may also be requested by contacting the controller with the contact details above.
