Akkurate Oy has received a development grant from the ELY Centre in an internationalization project. Customer needs and international markets for battery remote diagnostics SaaS were explored. The market studies were mainly directed to China and Central Europe and those were carried out by participating in trade fairs. Additionally, the project included customer interviews conducted through an outsourced service.
